Superman 3D Extruded text Photoshop Tutorial

Its a bird, its a plane, no its block letter Extrude in Photoshop. This was a request from the forum: How do you do the 3d looking text like on the Superman logo? Ask and you shall receive, here it is folks. note: the technical name for 3D looking thing is extrude.
